faq's

how far in advance should I order my wedding stationery? 

 

As soon as that date is locked in we suggest getting your save the dates designed and produced.

This will ensure that all important date is securely in your guest’s calendars. 

 

We recommend sending out your main invitations 6 months prior to your wedding day.

Our current lead times for semi-custom collections are 4-6 weeks from the date of order placement. 

 

For on-the-day stationery & signage, we advise that your order is confirmed 3 months prior to your big day. 

 

how many invitations should I order? 

 

This is a very common question and our first piece of advice, which may sound very obvious, is to count your households instead of guests. We suggest ordering a buffer of 10-15 as you may want to invite extra guests or keep one or two as a special keepsake. 

 

Is there a minimum order? 

 

Nope. From small micro weddings to extravagant affairs, we’re here for them all! 

 

Can I change the colours of my stationery? 

 

Absolutely! We love nothing more than playing around with a gorgeous colour palette which reflects your personal style. 

 

Can the wording be changed? 

 

Yes, we are more than happy to change the wording to reflect the feel of your day.

If however, you would like to make changes to the font and design this will incur a small fee. 

 

Does each invitation come with an envelope? 

 

Yes, they do! All of our invitations come with a classic white envelope.

If you’re feeling fancy you can upgrade to luxury coloured envelopes which can be blank or printed with your guest’s name and address. 

 

what is the payment process? 

 

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking with us.

The remaining balance will then be required once you have approved your final artwork prior to production. 

 

All payments can be made by bank transfer or Paypal for international clients. 

 

do you ship internationally? 

 

Yes we do! Please get in touch for a quote. 

 

how much is delivery? 

 

UK delivery is £10 and your items will be sent fully tracked via DPD.  

 

I’m in a rush, can you expedite my order? 

 

We can put a rush order through but there is an additional fee of 25% added to the total of your order. 

 

Can I receive a sample of my design before it goes to print? 

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer one-off printed samples.

You will receive a digital proof that must be checked and signed before your artwork is sent to print. 

 

I love your style but would prefer something completely unique, is this possible?
