TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

All orders accepted and work undertaken by Notes Studio is on the understanding that the client has read and agreed to Notes Studio terms and conditions. It is therefore the clients responsibility to check these terms and conditions before entering into an order with Notes Studio. All designs are the property and copyright of Notes Studio and may not be reproduced by yourself or any third parties.

Notes Studio reserves the right to use any of your stationery to promote our products and services, however we will never share any of your personal information with third parties.

 

BESPOKE

Bespoke designs are designs that are created and conceived by Notes Studio. After initial consultation, in person or via video call, Notes Studio will provide the client with an initial moodboard, process timeline and quote. The bespoke quote will cover all costs in order to produce your idea, and includes 3 rounds of changes. Additional rounds of changes will be charged at an hourly rate and will be quoted to you once you exhaust your current rounds. 

 

Please bear in mind that the bespoke design and its copyright is created and retained solely by Notes Studio and that we will not supply any finished artwork files to yourself or any parties unless agreed to prior. If the finished artwork files are required for any purpose that is not covered in the quote, please let us know so we can work with you to obtain the best outcome. 

 

QUOTES & PAYMENT

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value will be required before the design process can begin. Final balance is due on approval of the visual proofs, prior to print production. 

For pre-designed collections full payment is required on the approval of the visual proof, prior to print production. 

 

PROOFING & ERRORS

All proofs will be sent via email unless otherwise requested. Notes Studio takes great care and time to ensure all information on your stationery is accurate, however it is the responsibility of the client to proof read and check the spelling, grammar and layout of the design before giving your final approval in written confirmation. 

To avoid error, Notes Studio will ask the client to provide all wording in a written document. This will be copied and pasted into the design. 

 

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

If the client wishes to cancel their order Notes Studio must be informed via email immediately. 

Order cancellation can only be given before approval of final proof, prior to print production. 

As the majority of orders will contain personalisation and/or customisation a refund is non-applicable. 

 

DAMAGE

If your product is received damaged, retain the product and packing, notify us immediately and we will advise on the appropriate course of action.
