Accepted Answer

Yes, we ship worldwide. Large rigid signs may have specific shipping requirements, or we can provide fabric alternatives, which are much easier to transport for destination weddings.

We always recommend ordering a few blank place cards for emergency additions! For the seating chart, we require final approval 3 weeks before the date to ensure timely printing.

Yes, our signage can be styled outdoors! However, because weather conditions can be unpredictable, we recommend displaying them in a sheltered area or bringing them indoors during high winds or heavy rain to keep them looking pristine throughout your event. For our linen collections, a weighted stand or frame is highly recommended for outdoor use.

However, if you are opting for a sweetheart table, an unconventional layout, or prefer a completely modern aesthetic, you can easily list it alongside the others or label it uniquely. We will work with your unique guest layout to ensure it looks perfectly balanced.

We require your final, proofread guest list and table details around 4-6 weeks before your wedding day. This gives our team plenty of time to format the typography beautifully, send you digital proofs for final approval, and proceed with printing and shipping.
